The company was established in November 1995 and is located in Tangshan City. It covers an area of 1092 mu (approximately 72.8 hectares), with total assets of 3.5 billion RMB and over 2,300 employees.

Our main products include caustic soda (sodium hydroxide), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and specialty resins, which are widely used in industrial, agricultural, construction, and electronics sectors.

Through years of development, the company has achieved an annual production capacity of 530,000 tons of caustic soda, 435,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride, and 70,000 tons of specialty resins. Our products sell well across China and are exported to more than 20 countries and regions in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Our PVC resin has been honored with the title of “National User Satisfied Product,” and our sodium hydroxide is recognized as a “Hebei Province Famous Brand Product.” The Chlor-Alkali company has also received numerous awards, including “National Advanced Enterprise in Implementing the Excellent Performance Model” and the “Hebei Provincial Government Quality Award.”

The company is a National High-Tech Enterprise. We utilize the DCS Distributed Control System, which implements safety interlock control on critical units across the entire production process, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system. We are certified for integrated management systems covering Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety.

Moving forward, the company is focused on developing specialty PVC and downstream fine chlorine chemical products. We plan to construct a project for 240,000 tons/year of specialty spherical PVC resin to further optimize our product structure, meet the demand of high-end markets, and actively contribute to regional economic development.
